Christopher Drummond Beauty and Alli Owens

There is something so inspiring about a woman who succeeds in a world where women do not usually make headlines.
Alli Owens, at the incredibly young age of 20 has done this and more. She is a second year ARCA driver, and is only 1 of 2 women in the field.
Not only this, but she has also become the first female race car driver to serve as a spokeswoman for the National Council of Youth Sports (NCYS).
She has been described as a determined, focused, intelligent & aspiring young woman, committed to a high standard of competition and sportsmanship.
As a respected role model, she sends an optimistic message to young people about the importance of following your dreams while maintaining good character, healthy lifestyles, strong work ethic, living the clean life and making a positive difference for a safer, wholesome society.
…said NCYS Executive Director Sally Johnson.
Alli caught the racing bug at an early age. Her first taste of competition was at age 8 when she entered a BMX bicycle race. Success came quickly for the Daytona Beach, FL native. After her first full season, she was signed as a factory rider for Dan’s Competition/Huffy Bikes. After numerous victories and winning the President’s Cup, Alli decided to try four wheel competition.
So what about beauty…… not something that Alli tends to worry about given her chosen field. but that is not to say that when the need arises she’s not up for some TLC to turn her from nice and natural into a stunning natural beauty.
Well Christopher Drummond, as part of a team of stylists had the pleasure of undertaking the make-over of Alli on June 3rd. And boy did she make an impression on Christopher, as you can read in his blog.
As reported in Self Magazine’s beauty blog Christopher used his own organic line of beyond mineral make up Christopher Drummond Beauty to give her a natural look she could easily create on her own. He used a light base of his concealer and Veludo Velvet foundation, 2 neutral colours of Christopher Drummond eye shadow, a berry-toned blush and light pink gloss for Alli’s day look. Chris made sure to tell Alli to only line 1/3 of her bottom lids to stop her already-small eyes from disappearing. He finished the look with his new Finale Finishing Powder to prevent shine.
And doesn’t she look stunning?
